You agree to provide accurate information, protect account credentials, respect other learners, avoid harassment, and avoid using the service for unlawful or harmful activity.
4. Intellectual property
Speakora names, design, written materials, exercises, and original interface elements belong to Speakora or its licensors. You may use purchased or provided materials for personal learning and may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
5. Cart and pricing
The cart is a local review tool. Unless a separate checkout agreement states otherwise, adding an item does not create a completed purchase. Displayed totals are estimates and may exclude applicable taxes or later terms.
6. Learning disclaimer
Speakora supports practice but does not guarantee fluency, employment, academic results, travel outcomes, or any particular level of progress.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Speakora is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or reliance on catalog information.
